多发性大面积外阴原发性恶性黑色素瘤一例报告

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者女,28岁,孕5产3,因"外阴肿物10+年,突发增大半年"于2016年3月12日入我院。患者于2006年首次发现阴蒂处有花生米大小肿物,未予处理,2015年8月因肿物突发增大,就诊于外院,病理活检提示蓝痣,未予以特殊处理。2016年3月原肿物渐趋增大,且并发外阴新生肿物,来我院就诊。患者既往体健,无家族性遗传病史。入院查体:体温37℃,心率94次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压106/79 mm Hg(1
