痛经的精神心理因素探讨

【摘要】：目的:调查痛经患者及无痛经女性的心理健康状态,探讨痛经对心理因素的影响.方法:回顾性分析月经周期均规律的201例痛经患者及63例无痛经女性的临床资料,对比分析其在月经周期3个时间段(月经期前、月经期、月经期后)的心理健康状态.结果:痛经女性组90项证状自评量表(SCL-90)中躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性、总分及总均分与对照组相比较,在月经周期的不同时段均显著高于对照组,有统计学差异(P0.05);痛经的疼痛程度与敌对症状、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖具有相关性(P0.05).结论:痛经的疼痛程度可能对患者的精神心理造成一定影响,在对痛经患者实施治疗方案同时应重视心理疏导治疗.
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the mental health status of dysmenorrhea patients and women without dysmenorrhea and to explore the influence of dysmenorrhea on psychological factors. Methods: the clinical data of 201 patients with dysmenorrhea and 63 women without dysmenorrhea were analyzed retrospectively. Results: the scores of somatization, depression, anxiety, psychosis, total score and total mean score in 90 items of SCL-90 in dysmenorrhea group were significantly higher than those in control group in different periods of menstrual cycle. The degree of dysmenorrhea was correlated with hostile symptoms, somatization, depression, anxiety and phobia. Conclusion: the pain degree of dysmenorrhea may have a certain influence on the psycho-psychological status of the patients, and psychological therapy should be paid more attention to in the treatment of dysmenorrhea patients.
