【摘要】：正一、病例摘要例1:患者28岁,孕3产1,因妊娠37周~(+5),阴道出血1 h于2015年3月15日入院。患者无腹痛。于妊娠32周、34周时分别出现阴道出血2次,量少,未诊治,未行正规产前检查。3年前剖宫产1次,2年前早孕人工流产1次。入院查体:体温37.0℃,脉搏86次/分,血压118/76 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa),贫血貌,心肺(-)。产前检查:宫高33 cm,腹围96 cm,无宫缩,胎位LOA,胎心142次/分,规律,头先露,高浮。超声检查:胎盘附
[Abstract]:Case 1: the patient was 28 years old and had 1 pregnancy. She was admitted to hospital on March 15, 2015 because of 37 weeks of gestation (5 cases) and vaginal hemorrhage (1 h). The patient had no abdominal pain. At 32 weeks and 34 weeks of gestation, vaginal bleeding occurred twice, with little quantity, no diagnosis and treatment, no regular antenatal examination, 1 cesarean section 3 years ago, and 1 induced abortion 2 years ago.
