神经肌肉刺激联合中药红子汤灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症效果观察

【摘要】：目的探讨神经肌肉刺激联合中药红子汤灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症的效果。方法收集860例慢性盆腔炎性不孕症患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各430例。治疗组采用神经肌肉刺激联合红子汤灌肠治疗3个月;对照组单纯采用红子汤灌肠治疗3个月。治疗前及治疗3个月后行子宫输卵管造影术检查双侧输卵管通畅情况及临床妊娠情况。治疗后6个月评价临床疗效。治疗前后分别采集两组患者的静脉血,以ELISA法检测血清IL-10水平。结果两组治疗后输卵管阻塞率均较治疗前降低,治疗后观察组输卵管阻塞率低于对照组(P均0.05)。对照组、观察组临床妊娠分别为132、182例,观察组临床妊娠率高于对照组(P0.05)。对照组痊愈132例、有效231例、无效67例、总有效率为84.42%,观察组分别为182、243、5例及98.84%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P0.05)。两组治疗后血清IL-10水平均高于治疗前,治疗后治疗组血清IL-10水平高于对照组(P均0.05)。结论神经肌肉刺激联合中药红子汤灌肠可有效治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症患者的盆腔炎症,改善输卵管通畅情况,从而提高临床妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of neuromuscular stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine Hongzi decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility. Methods 860 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 430) and control group (n = 430). The treatment group was treated with neuromuscular stimulation combined with Hongzi decoction enema for 3 months, while the control group was treated with Hongzi decoction enema for 3 months. The patency of bilateral fallopian tubes and pregnancy were examined by hysterosalpingography before treatment and 3 months after treatment. The clinical effect was evaluated 6 months after treatment. Venous blood samples were collected before and after treatment and serum IL-10 levels were measured by ELISA method. Results after treatment, the oviduct obstruction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). In the control group, 132 cases were cured, 231 cases were effective, 67 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 84.4222.The total effective rate in the observation group was 182243 cases and 98.84%, respectively. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-10 level in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the serum IL-10 level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Neuromuscular stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine Hongzi decoction enema can effectively treat pelvic inflammation in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility and improve the patency of fallopian tubes, thus increasing the clinical pregnancy rate.
