腹腔横切面在胎儿先天性心血管畸形筛查中的临床价值

【摘要】:目的通过对先天性心血管畸形(CCVD)胎儿腹腔横切面的超声特征进行分析,探讨腹腔横切面在胎儿CCVD筛查中的价值。方法对诊断为CCVD的207例胎儿腹腔横切面,按降主动脉、下腔静脉、奇静脉的异常特征分为位置异常型、奇静脉增宽型、数目增多型和混合型4个类型,就不同类型腹腔横切面和CCVD的相关性进行分析。结果本研究腹腔横切面异常23例,其中位置异常型6例、奇静脉增宽型12例、数目增多型2例和混合型3例。结论腹腔横切面血管位置、内径及数目异常,常提示胎儿合并不同类型的CCVD,作为胎儿CCVD筛查的常规切面。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the ultrasonographic features of fetal intraperitoneal cross section of congenital cardiovascular malformation (CCVD), and to explore the value of cross section of abdominal cavity in fetal CCVD screening. Methods according to the abnormal characteristics of descending aorta, inferior vena cava and azygos vein, there were four types of abnormal position, enlarged azygos vein, increased number and mixed type, according to the abnormal characteristics of descending aorta, inferior vena cava and azygos vein on the transverse section of abdominal cavity of 207 fetuses diagnosed as CCVD. The correlation between different types of cross section of abdominal cavity and CCVD was analyzed. Results there were 23 cases with abnormal transverse section of abdominal cavity, including 6 cases of abnormal position type, 12 cases of azygos vein widening type, 2 cases of increased number type and 3 cases of mixed type. Conclusion the abnormal position, inner diameter and number of blood vessels in the transverse section of abdominal cavity often suggest that the fetus is combined with different types of CCVDs as the routine section for fetal CCVD screening.
