宫颈癌灶精细组织结构定性研究

【摘要】：目的探讨宫颈癌灶精细组织结构,了解宫颈癌灶的组织成分。方法选取2014年6-10月在南方医科大学南方医院行宫颈活检及广泛性子宫切除术后的新鲜宫颈癌灶标本33例,分别采用HE染色、特殊染色及多种免疫组织化学染色对宫颈癌灶进行定性研究。结果 (1)宫颈癌灶中除各种不同分化程度的癌细胞外,还含有丰富的纤维结缔组织,包括胶原纤维及弹力纤维,未见平滑肌纤维;含有大量的血管,包块微小动静脉及微血管;淋巴管含量较多,未见淋巴结;部分血管及淋巴管腔内见癌细胞浸润。(2)除上述基本结构外,发现部分宫颈癌灶中存在神经纤维。特异性标记神经纤维的S-100抗体染色阳性有14例,阳性比例为42.42%;特异性标记交感神经的TH抗体染色阳性数有7例,标记副交感神经的VIP抗体染色阳性数有5例,两者与S-100阳性数比例分别为50%、35.71%;特异性标记新生神经的GAP-43抗体染色阳性有11例,其与S-100阳性数比例为78.57%。结论宫颈癌灶中除癌细胞、纤维结缔组织、血管及淋巴管等基本组织结构外,还存在神经纤维,且大部分神经为新生神经,交感神经略高于副交感神经。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the fine tissue structure of cervical cancer focus and understand the tissue composition of cervical cancer focus. Methods Thirty-three specimens of cervical cancer from June to October 2014 were collected from cervical biopsy and extensive hysterectomy in Southern Hospital of Southern Medical University of Southern China. The specimens were stained with HE, respectively. Special staining and immunohistochemical staining were used to study the cervical cancer foci qualitatively. Results (1) there were abundant fibrous connective tissue, including collagen fiber and elastic fiber, no smooth muscle fiber, a large number of blood vessels, small arteriovenous masses and microvessels in cervical cancer foci, in addition to cancer cells with different differentiation degrees. In addition to the above basic structure, nerve fibers were found in some cervical cancer foci. S-100 antibody staining was positive in 14 cases (42.422%), th antibody staining was positive in 7 cases and VIP antibody staining in parasympathetic nerve was 5 cases. The positive ratio of S-100 to S-100 was 35.71, and the positive rate of GAP-43 antibody to S-100 was 78.57 in 11 cases. Conclusion besides the basic tissue structures such as cancer cells, fibrous connective tissues, blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, there are also nerve fibers in cervical cancer focus. Most of the nerves are neonate, and the sympathetic nerve is slightly higher than the parasympathetic nerve.
