【摘要】：正一、病例摘要患者25岁,已婚,因"停经2个多月,彩色超声检查提示胚胎停止发育3 d"于2016年8月8日入山东省淄博市齐都医院。患者平素月经不规律,周期30多天至2个多月长短不等,经期4~5 d,经色量正常。自诉近半年来反复出现经后2~3 d再次出现阴道流血2~3 d,量同月经量,一直未诊治,末次月经不详。患者包括本次妊娠共6
