汉族与哈萨克族PE孕妇胎盘sEng表达及相关因素分析

【摘要】：目的:通过对我院汉族及哈萨克族子痫前期(Preeclampsia,PE)妊娠妇女胎盘组织中的sEng的信使核糖核酸(mRNA)的表达程度的测定,研究汉族及哈萨克族民族PE妊娠期妇女之间胎盘中sEng的mRNA的测定值之间的差异以及孕妇相关指标的差异。方法:选取2016年1月至6月在我院即新疆医科大学的第一临床医学院入住并生产的汉族及哈萨克族子痫前期妊娠期妇女各30例与同期无妊娠合并症的妊娠期妇女各30例。正常妊娠组中设汉族为A1组,哈萨克族为A2组;PE组中设汉族PE妊娠期妇女为B1组,哈萨克族PE妊娠期妇女为B2组,测定汉族及哈萨克族两大组妊娠期妇女的娩出的胎盘组织中sEng的信使核糖核酸的表达程度,同时检测各组汉族与哈萨克族两组妊娠妇女血液中的PE相关的生化指标:尿酸的值、血清白蛋白的值、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)水平。结果:1.A1组与A2组、B1组与B2组胎盘组织中在sEng的mRNA表达程度的不同在统计学上有不同(P0.05)。A2组与B2胎盘sEng的mRNA表达水平差异不具有统计学意义(P0.05)。2.A1组与A2组、B1组与B2组、哈萨克族无合并症妊娠妇女和哈萨克族PE妊娠妇女组在最终的生产孕周数上的不同有统计学意义(P0.05)。3.A1组与A2组、B1组与B2组、血清中尿酸、甘油三酯水平、HDL、白蛋白水平在无合并症妊娠妇女和PE妊娠妇女的血液中的测定值之间的不同有统计学意义(P0.05),哈萨克族无合并症的妊娠妇女和汉族的无合并症妊娠妇女在血清白蛋白上的不同有统计学意义(P0.001)。结论:我院的妊娠期妇女在胎盘sEng的mRNA表达水平上,汉族和哈萨克族无合并症妊娠妇女和PE妊娠妇女之间有差异,汉族PE和哈萨克族PE之间无差异;哈萨克族子痫前期孕妇白蛋白、新生儿分娩的体重、生产的孕周均较汉族水平降低,在临床工作中应着重注意对哈萨克族孕妇进行更详细产前检查和孕期督导。
[Abstract]:Objective: to determine the expression of sEng mRNA in placenta of preeclampsia preeclampsis (PEP) pregnant women in our hospital. To study the difference of mRNA of sEng in placenta between pregnant women of Han nationality and Kazak nationality of PE and the difference of related indexes of pregnant women. Methods: from January to June 2016, 30 pregnant women of Han nationality and 30 pregnant women of Kazak nationality who were admitted to the first Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University from January to June 2016 and 30 pregnant women without complications of pregnancy in the same period were selected. In normal pregnancy group, Han nationality was set up as A1 group, Kazak group as A2 group, PE group as B1 group, and Kazak group as B2 group. The expression of sEng mRNA in placenta of pregnant women of Han nationality and Kazak nationality was measured, and the value of uric acid in the blood of pregnant women of Han nationality and Kazak nationality was also detected. Serum albumin, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein (HDL) levels. Results there were statistical differences in the expression of mRNA in sEng between group A1 and group A2 in placenta of group B _ 1 and B _ 2. There was no statistical difference in the expression of mRNA between group A _ 2 and group B _ 2. There was no significant difference between group A _ 1 and group A _ 2, group B _ 1 and group B _ 2, there was no significant difference in mRNA expression between group A _ 1 and group A _ 2. There were significant differences in the number of final gestational weeks between Kazak women without complications and Kazakh PE pregnant women. There were significant differences in serum uric acid levels between group A 1 and group A 2, group B 1 and group B2, respectively. The difference of serum levels of triglyceride and albumin in the blood of pregnant women without complications and women with PE has statistical significance (P 0.05), pregnant women of Kazak nationality without complications and women without complications of Han nationality have no complications of pregnancy. The difference in serum albumin in women was statistically significant (P 0.001). Conclusion: the expression of mRNA in placental sEng of pregnant women in our hospital is different between Han and Kazakh pregnant women without complication and PE pregnancy, but there is no difference between Han nationality PE and Kazakh PE. Albumin of Kazakh preeclampsia pregnant women, birth weight of newborns and gestational weeks of birth were all lower than those of Han nationality. In clinical work, more detailed prenatal examination and pregnancy supervision should be paid more attention to in the clinical work of Kazakh preeclampsia pregnant women.
