绒毛膜促性腺激素基因多态性与复发性流产

【摘要】:复发性流产(RPL)是育龄期妇女中一种常见导致不育的疾病,患者临床表现为孕早期连续发生3次及其以上次数的自然流产。引起RPL的病因涉及许多方面,具体的致病机制尚未完全阐明。随着对RPL研究的深入,发现众多因素的综合作用造成了RPL的发生,人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平对妊娠结局有重要影响,染色体异常中的编码HCG表达的基因绒毛膜促性腺激素基因(CGB)多态性可能与RPL有关。CGB5和CGB8的基因单核苷酸多态性和拷贝数变异等可能导致HCG分泌异常引起流产,也有研究显示CGB5、CGB8启动子中的碱基变异可能降低流产的风险。临床上适当补充HCG可以用于治疗RPL,但现有研究并不多,还需要大样本量的进一步探讨。
[Abstract]:Recurrent abortion (RPLs) is a common disease in women of childbearing age that leads to infertility. The clinical manifestation of RPLs is the spontaneous abortion which occurs three times or more in the early stage of pregnancy. The etiology of RPL is involved in many aspects, and the specific pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. With the further study of RPL, it is found that many factors cause the occurrence of RPL, and the level of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) plays an important role in the outcome of pregnancy. The polymorphisms of chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) gene encoding HCG expression in chromosomal abnormalities may be associated with RPL. CGB5 and CGB8 gene single nucleotide polymorphisms and copy number variations may lead to miscarriage due to abnormal HCG secretion. Studies have also shown that base mutations in the CGB5 or CGB8 promoter may reduce the risk of abortion. Proper supplement of HCG in clinic can be used to treat RPLs, but there are not many existing researches, which need to be further discussed in large sample size.
