不同分型卵巢癌患者组织中瘦素mRNA表达的相关研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨不同分型卵巢癌患者组织中瘦素(Leptin)mRNA的表达差异及临床价值。方法:收集我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的卵巢癌患者129例及正常对照42例,于超声引导下行卵巢穿刺活检术,取少量卵巢周围组织,提取总RNA并纯化mRNA,运用RT-PCR技术检测各组leptin mRNA的表达情况,并分析leptin表达与不同分期,不同病理分型相关性。结果:与正常对照组相比,各组卵巢组织中leptin mRNA的表达均有所升高(P0.05),且浆液性腺癌组leptin mRNA的表达尤为明显(P0.05);浆液性腺癌组各临床分期中,Ⅲ期卵巢组织中leptin mRNA的表达最为显著(P0.05)。结论:Leptin在不同分型不同分期卵巢癌组织中有一定表达差异,可能成为一种早期检测、诊断卵巢癌的新型指标。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the difference and clinical value of leptin Leptinn mRNA expression in different types of ovarian cancer. Methods: 129 patients with ovarian cancer and 42 normal controls were collected from June 2015 to June 2016. Total RNA was extracted and purified. The expression of leptin mRNA in each group was detected by RT-PCR technique, and the correlation between leptin expression and different stages and pathological types was analyzed.
