自拟调经汤联合来曲唑治疗排卵障碍30例分析

【摘要】：目的 观察自拟调经汤合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍的临床疗效。方法 将90例患者随机分为三组:自拟调经汤合来曲唑组、单用来曲唑组、克罗米芬组,B超监测卵泡至排卵,比较三组睾酮(T)、促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平;子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡数、排卵率、妊娠率。结果 自拟调经汤合来曲唑对性激素改善情况、子宫内膜厚度影响优于单用来曲唑组和克罗米芬组,成熟卵率、排卵率、妊娠率高于单用来曲唑组和克罗米芬组(P0.05),三组对照有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论 应用自拟调经汤合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合症排卵障碍,排卵率、妊娠率较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of self-made taijing decoction leprazole in the treatment of ovulation disorders in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups: triazole group, single trazole group, clomiphene group, B-ultrasound monitoring follicle to ovulation. The levels of testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), endometrial thickness, and endometrial thickness were compared among the three groups. Number of mature follicles, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate. Results the effect of Heletrazole on sex hormone was better than that of trazole group and clomiphene group, the rate of maturation and ovulation was better than that of troxazole group and clomiphene group. The pregnancy rate was higher than that in trazole group and clomiphene group. Conclusion the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with self-made Tiaojing decoction has higher ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
