【摘要】：正1病例简介患者,女,11岁,因"腹胀10d,发现盆腔肿物5d"于2014年3月15日收入院。10d前患者自觉渐重性腹胀,伴左侧头痛,左口周麻木;7d前感阵发性眼晕、牙齿松动,全身乏力。5d前腹胀加重并发现盆腔肿物。查体:T36.4℃,P76次/min,R19次/min,Bp 115/75mm Hg;周身浅表淋巴结无肿大;头颅五官无畸形;腹膨隆,张力大,肝脾触诊不清,腹右侧可触及包块,上缘达脐
