妊娠期高血压疾病患者血浆microRNA-126的表达及意义

【摘要】：目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)、健康妊娠患者血浆microRNA-126表达变化及其临床意义。方法 HDCP患者根据脏器损害程度分为妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组,健康妊娠患者分为健康妊娠早期组、健康妊娠晚期组,采用RT-PCR检测血浆microRNA-126表达量,并分析HDCP与年龄、孕周、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、24 h尿蛋白关系。结果与健康妊娠早期组相比,重度子痫前期组患者血浆microRNA-126表达下调,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与健康妊娠晚期组相比,妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组患者血浆microRNA-126表达上调,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与轻度子痫前期组相比,重度子痫前期组患者血浆microRNA-126表达下调,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示年龄、孕周、收缩压、舒张压、24 h尿蛋白是HDCP的影响因素。结论 microRNA-126在HDCP患者血浆表达下调,且在重度子痫前期患者血浆microRNA-126表达最低,提示血浆microRNA-126表达下调可能参与了妊娠期高血压疾病的发生和发展进程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes and clinical significance of plasma microRNA-126 expression in patients with hypertension complicating pregnancy and healthy pregnancy. Methods according to the degree of organ damage, HDCP patients were divided into three groups: hypertensive complicating pregnancy group, mild preeclampsia group, severe preeclampsia group and healthy pregnancy group. The expression of microRNA-126 in plasma was detected by RT-PCR. The relationship between HDCP and age, gestational week, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), 24 h urine protein was analyzed. Results compared with the healthy early pregnancy group, the expression of microRNA-126 was down-regulated in the patients with severe preeclampsia (P 0.05), and the expression of microRNA-126 was up-regulated in the hypertensive and mild preeclampsia groups. Compared with mild preeclampsia group, the expression of microRNA-126 was down-regulated in severe preeclampsia group (P 0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, gestational age, systolic blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein were the influencing factors of HDCP. Conclusion the expression of microRNA-126 is down-regulated in HDCP patients and lowest in patients with severe preeclampsia, suggesting that the down-regulation of microRNA-126 expression may be involved in the occurrence and development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
