【摘要】：正1病例简介患者,女,35岁,G2P0,因"异位妊娠术后2年不孕"就诊于我院。子宫输卵管碘油造影示:左侧梗阻,右侧通而不畅。男方精液检查示:少精子症、畸形精子症。曾在我中心接受ICSI-ET治疗1次,未孕,要求再次助孕。采用黄体期降调节长方案,月经第20天予达菲林0.1mg降调,降调14天;月经第4天用FSH 225U启动,用药9天。血LH 2.54m IU/ml,E2
[Abstract]:Case 1, female 35 years old, G2P0, who was admitted to our hospital because of infertility 2 years after ectopic pregnancy. Hysterosalpingography showed that left side obstruction, right side open but not unobstructed. Male semen examination showed: oligozoospermia, deformed spermatozoa. I have received ICSI-ET treatment at the center 1 time, not pregnant, asked for assistance in pregnancy. The luteal phase was adjusted for 14 days on the 20th day of menstruation, and FSH225U was used for 9 days on the 4th day of menstruation. Serum LH 2.54m IUP / ml E2
