子宫内膜癌组织URG4表达及其临床意义

【摘要】：目的探讨上调基因4(URG4)在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法检测301例子宫内膜癌组织(内膜癌组)、50例子宫内膜增生组织(增生组)、102例正常子宫内膜组织(正常组)中URG4的表达水平。结果内膜癌组URG蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于增生组、正常组,增生组高于正常组,三组相比,P均0.05。内膜癌组中Ⅰ型内膜癌URG4阳性表达率明显高于Ⅱ型内膜癌,但组间差异无统计学意义;增生组中不典型增生者、复杂性增生者URG4阳性表达率均明显高于简单增生者,P均0.05;不典型增生者URG4阳性表达率高于复杂性增生者,但差异无统计学意义。结论 URG4在子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达,其可能参与了子宫内膜癌的发生、发展,URG4可作为诊治子宫内膜癌的新靶点。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of upregulation gene 4 (URG4) in the development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of URG4 in 301 cases of endometrial carcinoma (endometrial carcinoma group, 50 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, 102 cases of normal endometrial tissue).
