卵巢癌放疗的现状和进展

【摘要】：卵巢癌是妇科肿瘤中死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤。由于其发病隐匿,70%以上的卵巢癌患者发现时已为晚期。卵巢癌的治疗中,与手术和化疗比较,放疗的应用相对较少,但仍有一定地位。近年随着放疗设备的更新,技术不断完善,尤其是三维放疗技术的应用,卵巢癌的放疗有了新的研究成果。本文从卵巢癌放疗的现状和进展及卵巢癌放疗适应证的研究进展这两个方面做一综述。
[Abstract]:Ovarian cancer is the highest mortality malignant tumor among gynecological tumors. More than 70% of patients with ovarian cancer were found to be advanced because of their occult onset. In the treatment of ovarian cancer, compared with surgery and chemotherapy, radiotherapy is relatively less, but still has a certain status. In recent years, with the renewal of radiotherapy equipment and the continuous improvement of the technology, especially the application of three-dimensional radiotherapy, the radiotherapy of ovarian cancer has made new research results. This article reviews the current status and progress of radiotherapy for ovarian cancer and the research progress of radiotherapy indications for ovarian cancer.
