妊娠期糖尿病对初次妊娠及再次妊娠骨密度的影响

【摘要】:目的研究妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)孕妇初次妊娠和再次妊娠的骨密度(body mineral density,BMD)情况。方法回顾性病例分析,入组单胎经产妇200人,其中100人初次妊娠诊断GDM,为GDM组,另100人初次妊娠血糖正常,为对照组。查询所有孕妇初次妊娠早孕期超声骨密度结果,产褥期骨密度情况,及再次妊娠早孕期骨密度情况。结果初次妊娠GDM组早孕期BMD与对照组无统计学差异(P0.05),产褥期BMD与对照组无统计学差异(P0.05),再次妊娠GDM组早孕期BMD与对照组无统计学差异(P0.05)。GDM产妇初次妊娠产褥期BMD与早孕期相比下降,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),而对照组初次妊娠产褥期BMD与早孕期相比无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论 GDM引起孕期骨密度下降,应加强管理,减少骨质疏松的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the bone mineral density (BMD) of (gestational diabetes mellitusus gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) pregnant women during the first and second trimester of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 women with single pregnancy was made, of which 100 were diagnosed as GDM for the first time, and 100 as the control group with normal blood glucose in the first trimester. The results of ultrasound bone mineral density (BMD) during the first trimester and puerperium and the BMD during the first trimester of pregnancy were investigated. Results there was no significant difference in BMD between the GDM group and the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the puerperium group and the control group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in BMD between the GDM group and the control group (P0.05). Compared with the early pregnancy, The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in BMD between the first pregnancy and early pregnancy in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion BMD decreased during pregnancy due to GDM, so the management should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of osteoporosis.
