脾脏妊娠伴脾破裂1例

【摘要】：正患者女性,37岁,因"头晕、周身乏力、腹痛1 h余"入住河北省涉县医院。入院前1 h余无明显诱因出现头晕、黑蒙,伴周身乏力,不能站立,继而大汗、心悸,脐周持续性疼痛,阵发性加剧,疼痛牵及下腹部,伴恶心,无呕吐,无畏寒、发热、腹胀、腹泻,无胸闷、气短、胸痛,无意识障碍、大小便失禁和出血等体征。查体:体温36.5℃,脉搏68次/min,呼吸17次/min,血压80/52 mm Hg。入院时彩超:右侧附件区可见87 mm×39 mm×42 mm大小混合性回声,不除外宫外孕;
[Abstract]:The female patient, 37 years old, was admitted to Shexian Hospital of Hebei Province because of dizziness, fatigue and abdominal pain for more than 1 hour. More than 1 hour before admission, there were no obvious inducements such as dizziness, blackness, weakness, inability to stand, severe sweating, palpitations, persistent pain around the umbilical cord, paroxysmal aggravation, stretching of pain to the lower abdomen, nausea, no vomiting, no chills, fever, and fever.
