Twist和VEGF在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达

【摘要】:目的探讨Twist及VEGF在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测Twist及VEGF蛋白在80例上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达情况,并选取10例正常卵巢组织作为对照。结果在80例上皮性卵巢癌组织中,Twist及VEGF蛋白均表达于细胞质中,其阳性表达率分别是85%(68/80)、86.25%(69/80),明显高于正常卵巢组织,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。Twist和VEGF表达与上皮性卵巢癌临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移相关(P0.01),与年龄、病理类型无关(P0.05)。在上皮性卵巢癌中,Twist与VEGF蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.646,P0.01)。结论 Twist及VEGF在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展和侵袭中有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of Twist and VEGF in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods the expression of Twist and VEGF protein in 80 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue as control were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results Twist and VEGF were expressed in the cytoplasm of 80 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer. The positive rates of Twist and VEGF were 85% (68 / 80) and 86.25% (69 / 80), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues. The differences were statistically significant (P0.01) .Twist and VEGF expression and the clinical stages of epithelial ovarian cancer. Pathological grade, lymph node metastasis correlation (P0.01), no correlation with age, pathological type (P0.05). The expression of VEGF protein was positively correlated with the expression of Twist in epithelial ovarian carcinoma (r = 0.646, P 0.01). Conclusion Twist and VEGF play an important role in the occurrence, development and invasion of epithelial ovarian cancer.
