北京市怀柔区妇幼保健院妇女分娩现状分析

【摘要】：目的通过分析怀柔妇幼保健院住院分娩产妇现状,比较不同年龄组产妇孕期保健,妊娠并发症、分娩结局等情况,了解该地区部分妇女生育现况,探索改善郊区孕产妇孕期保健及妊娠结局的方法。方法回顾性分析2015年10月1日至2016年9月30日于北京怀柔妇幼保健院分娩的产妇,按不同年龄组(20岁、20~24岁、25~29岁、30~34岁、≥35岁共五组)比较产妇的文化程度、孕期保健、妊娠期并发症、妊娠结局、分娩方式、新生儿结局等。结果 1年内分娩1 071例,20岁46例(4.3%);≥35岁121例(11.3%),84.4%分娩年龄在20~34岁之间;20岁组孕妇比率高于我国平均水平,此组孕妇文化程度低,产前保健少,发生妊娠期贫血、高血压疾病及早产等妊娠并发症明显高于其他年龄组;≥35岁组高龄产妇;远郊区县高龄孕产妇(≥35岁组)比率与其他地区相似,孕期保健较好,但妊娠高血压疾病、早产、妊娠糖尿病的发生率也较其他育龄组20~34岁有所增加,且剖宫产率明显增加。结论北京远郊区孕妇妊娠年龄相对较低,20周岁孕产妇教育程度低,孕期保健不充分,妊娠并发症明显增多,远郊区妇女应加强宣教,适龄生育。低龄及高龄孕产妇保健应该得到重视。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the present situation of hospitalized parturient in Huairou Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and to compare the maternal health care, pregnancy complications and delivery outcome of pregnant women of different age groups, so as to understand the fertility status of some women in this area.
