妊娠期乳腺癌的研究进展

【摘要】：妊娠期乳腺癌(Pregnancy-associated breast cancer,PABC)是指在妊娠期或分娩后1年内确诊的乳腺癌,如今PABC发病率呈明显的上升趋势,妊娠和哺乳期的生理学改变增加了临床及影像学对乳腺组织进行检查和评价的难度,因此容易出现诊断的推迟以及随之而产生的不良预后,考虑胎婴儿的安全因素,PABC的诊疗具有其特殊性。该文通过文献综述,使临床医生对PABC有更进一步的了解,掌握最近的研究进展,针对不同患者的具体情况,选择合适的规范化、个体化综合治疗方案,改善患者预后,延长生存期,提高生活质量。
[Abstract]:Pregnancy-associated breast cancer (PABC) refers to breast cancer diagnosed during pregnancy or within one year after delivery. Physiological changes in pregnancy and lactation increase the difficulty of clinical and imaging examination and evaluation of breast tissue, and are therefore prone to delays in diagnosis and consequent adverse outcomes, Considering the safety factors of fetal infants, the diagnosis and treatment of PABC has its particularity. Through the literature review, the clinicians have a better understanding of PABC, grasp the recent research progress, select appropriate standardized, individualized comprehensive treatment schemes to improve the prognosis of patients according to the specific conditions of different patients. To prolong the life span and improve the quality of life.
