【摘要】：正1病例简介患者,71岁,G_6P_6,均足月顺产,绝经30年。因"突发性下腹痛1天"于2015年8月7日急诊入院。患者于1天前排尿时突发下腹痛,呈持续性钝痛,无下肢及腰骶部放射;伴恶心、呕吐,无排气、排便,无发热,无阴道出血及排液,无尿频及尿血。体检:患者一般状态欠佳,神志尚清,T 36.5℃,P 80次/min,Bp 148/99mm Hg。腹膨隆,右下腹可及肿物,压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张。肝脾未触及,移动性浊音阴性,肠鸣音正常,无亢进。妇科查体:老年外阴,无赘生物;阴道畅、黏膜无充血;宫颈萎缩;子宫触及不清。三合诊:盆腹腔可扪及直

The patient had sudden lower abdominal pain 1 day before urination, continuous dull pain, no lower extremity and lumbosacral radiations, nausea, vomiting, no exhaust, defecation, no fever, no vaginal bleeding and effusion, no frequency of urine and urine blood.
