针灸与康复理疗联合盆底肌锻炼治疗产后早期压力性尿失禁

【摘要】：目的:探讨针灸与康复理疗联合盆底肌锻炼治疗产后早期压力性尿失禁。方法:将2013年1月—2015年1月在本院妇科治疗的100例产后早期压力性尿失禁患者随机分为两组,对照组采用盆底肌锻炼治疗,观察组采用针灸与康复理疗联合盆底肌锻炼治疗,均用多功能盆底生物反馈仪进行盆底肌力检测,比较两组患者的治疗效果、尿垫试验阳性率及排尿评分、盆底肌电位均值及盆底肌疲劳度值、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗有效率为96%,显著高于对照组的78%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后尿垫试验阳性率及排尿评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后Ⅱ级肌力、Ⅲ级肌力、Ⅳ级肌力的肌电位均值均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后Ⅱ级肌力、Ⅲ级肌力、Ⅳ级肌力的肌疲劳度值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后ICI-Q-SF评分及SF-36评分明显较对照组改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针灸与康复理疗联合盆底肌锻炼治疗产后早期压力性尿失禁效果显著,有助于快速改善尿失禁症状,提高盆底肌力,降低肌疲劳,具有积极的临床意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the treatment of early postpartum stress urinary incontinence with acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy combined with pelvic floor exercise. Methods: 100 patients with early postpartum stress urinary incontinence treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle exercise and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation physiotherapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise. The pelvic floor muscle strength was measured by multifunctional pelvic floor biofeedback instrument. The therapeutic effect, the positive rate of urinary pad test and urinary score, the mean value of pelvic floor muscle potential, the fatigue value of pelvic floor muscle and the quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96g, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05), the positive rate of urine pad test and the micturition score after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05); the second grade muscle strength after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05).
