妊娠期宫颈癌的诊治进展

【摘要】：随着规范产前检查的不断开展,宫颈细胞学检查的逐渐推广,越来越多的宫颈癌和宫颈病变在妊娠期被发现,目前研究表明:宫颈癌的"三阶梯"诊断方法同样适用于妊娠期宫颈癌的诊断,且临床分期与非妊娠期宫颈癌相同。目前对妊娠期宫颈癌的治疗尚无统一标准,手术方式、时机、化疗药物的选择、剂量和疗程以及分娩方式尚需进一步研究。对于ⅠA期、ⅠB1期及肿瘤直径≤2 cm、ⅠB1期及肿瘤直径2 cm以及更高分期的患者,可采取个体化的治疗方案。临床医师需在充分评估患者情况后,尽量保护患者和胎儿的利益,争取达到控制疾病、保障患者及其生育能力并尽量保留胎儿的治疗目的。
