复方沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈HPV感染的疗效分析
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of compound Hippophae rhamnoides seed oil suppository on the outcome of drug therapy for cervical HPV infection. Methods: from December 2012 to December 2013, 169 patients with high-risk HPV of cervical infection were selected from the Department of Oncology and Gynecology, first Hospital of Jilin University. They were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 91) and control group (n = 78). The treatment group was treated with compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository for 3 months, while the control group was not treated with drugs. TCT and HPV were performed in both groups after 3 months. Sexual life and use of other drugs are prohibited during the trial. Results: 1. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 74.73% (68 / 91), while the total effective rate of the control group was 62.82% (49 / 78). The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (p0.05). The age of 91 patients in the treatment group was 21-59 years old (mean (39.57 卤8.54) years), and that in the control group was 21-60 years old (mean (40.01 卤9.93) years, p0.05). The total effective rate was 87.75% (43 / 49) in the treatment group, 7 cases in the middle load group, 69.23% (18 / 26) in the middle load group, and 2 cases in 5 cases in the high load group. The total effective rate was 43.75% (7 / 16). Conclusion: 1. Compound Hippophae rhamnoides seed oil suppository is effective in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection in cervix, and its curative effect tends to decrease with the increase of host virus load. Combined with TCT or colposcopy results, the outcome of the disease needs to be evaluated synthetically. 2. If high-risk HPV is positive, clinical intervention should be carried out as soon as possible, regardless of viral load.
