上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院成功救治妊娠合并巨大盆腹腔罕见肿瘤患者

【摘要】：正上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院妇产科主任医师王育教授成功为一位孕14周孕妇切除重达3 455 g巨大肿块,同时保住了孕妇子宫内胎儿。术后10 d,患者顺利出院,母胎平安。患者孕前检查无任何异常,而常规孕检中发现巨大盆腹腔包块。王育教授介绍,侵袭范围如此之大且生长速度如此之快的盆腔肿物非常罕见,术中同时还要考虑腹中胎儿的安危,手术风险和难度极大。经术前评估后,在麻醉科医师的配合下,王育教授联合胃肠外科医师共同为患者实施了腹式盆腹腔巨大肿物切除
[Abstract]:Professor Wang Yu, chief gynecologist and obstetrician of Renji Hospital, affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University, successfully removed a huge mass of 3,455g from a 14-week pregnant woman and saved the pregnant woman's intrauterine fetus. Ten days after operation, the patient was discharged smoothly and the mother and fetus were safe. There was no abnormal pre-pregnancy examination, and a large pelvic mass was found in routine pregnancy tests. According to Professor Wang, pelvic masses with such a large range of invasion and such rapid growth are very rare, and the risk and difficulty of the operation are enormous, considering the safety of the fetus during the operation.
