【摘要】：正患者,女,67岁,已婚,因体检B超发现右附件包块3月于2013年1月7日入院,患者绝经17年,绝经后无白带异常、阴道流血、腹痛、腹胀、尿频、尿痛、血尿、肛门坠胀感等。3月前体检B超发现右附件直径7 cm囊性包块来我院妇科门诊就诊。患病以来精神食欲可,睡眠佳,大小便正常,体重无明显变化。既往体健,有肩周炎病史,否认肝炎、结核病史及过敏史,否认手术史。月经史:初潮16岁,5~6天/30天,经量不多,周
[Abstract]:A 67-year-old female patient, married, was admitted to hospital on January 7, 2013 as a result of B-ultrasound examination. The patient was admitted to hospital on January 7, 2013. The patient had no abnormal leucorrhea, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, frequent urination, urinal pain, hematuria after menopause for 17 years. The right adnexal diameter of 7 cm cystic mass was found in the gynecological outpatient clinic of our hospital 3 months before the examination. Since the illness of mental appetite, good sleep, normal defecation, no significant changes in body weight. Previous health, history of shoulder periarthritis, denial of hepatitis, history of tuberculosis and allergies, denial of history of surgery.
