单、双侧卵巢切除对围绝经期女性生活质量的影响

【摘要】：目的研究单、双侧卵巢切除对围绝经期女性生活质量的影响。方法选取妇产科进行单、双侧卵巢切除术的围绝经期患者90例,其中单侧45例,双侧45例,比较两组受试者的FSH、LH、E2水平、骨密度变化及其绝经相关症状。结果单侧组后3、6个月FSH、LH升高,E2下降与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),双侧组术后3、6、12个月FSH、LH升高,E2下降,与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。在术后3、6、12个月,两组的骨密度与术前相比,均没有显著变化(P0.05)。术后3、6、12个月,双侧组患者的绝经相关症状均显著高于单侧组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论双侧卵巢切除与单侧卵巢切除术比较,妇女术后体内激素水平急骤改变,对患者的生活质量影响更严重,应该尽可能的保存卵巢的功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of unilateral and bilateral ovariectomy on the quality of life of menopausal women. Methods 90 cases of perimenopausal women undergoing single and bilateral ovariectomy were selected, including 45 cases of unilateral and 45 cases of bilateral. The level of FSHLHN E2, the changes of bone mineral density and menopausal symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results in the unilateral group, the level of FSH LH increased and decreased significantly at the 3rd and 6th month after operation (P0.05), while in the bilateral group, the level of FSHLH increased at 6 and 12 months after operation, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). There was no significant change in bone mineral density (BMD) between the two groups at 3 and 12 months postoperatively (P0.05). The menopausal symptoms in the bilateral group were significantly higher than those in the unilateral group at 3 and 12 months postoperatively (P0.05). Conclusion compared with unilateral ovariectomy, the changes of hormone level in women after operation are more serious to the quality of life, and the function of ovary should be preserved as much as possible.
