宫颈子宫下段环形缝合术在前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血的临床应用

【摘要】：目的观察宫颈子宫下段环形缝合术在治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中子宫下段顽固性出血中的应用效果。方法选取安徽医科大学附属安庆医院2014年12月1日至2016年8月31日前置胎盘行剖宫产术中子宫下段出血的患者49例,其中20例行宫颈子宫下段环形缝合术(研究组),29例行传统手术(对照组),对比分析两组患者的围手术期资料。结果两组患者在一般资料、前置胎盘类型及手术时间等方面差异无统计学意义(P0.05);观察组术中出血量明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论前置胎盘剖宫产术中子宫下段顽固性出血采用宫颈子宫下段环形缝合止血效果好,操作简单易行,可作为剖宫产术中治疗前置胎盘子宫下段顽固性出血的有效缝合方法之一,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of circular suture of lower uterine segment of cervix in the treatment of intractable hemorrhage of lower segment of uterus during caesarean section of placenta previa. Methods 49 patients with lower uterine bleeding during cesarean section of placenta previa from December 1, 2014 to August 31, 2016 in Anqing Hospital affiliated to Anhui Medical University were selected. Among them, 20 cases of cervix uteri lower segment ring suture (study group) 29 cases of traditional operation (control group), the two groups of patients with perioperative data were compared and analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in general data, placenta previa type and operation time between the two groups (P0.05), while the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion during cesarean section of placenta previa, the intractable bleeding of the lower uterine segment of the uterus can be stopped by circular suture of the lower part of the cervix, and the operation is simple and easy. It can be used as an effective suture method for the treatment of intractable hemorrhage in the lower part of placenta previa during cesarean section, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
