腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管卵巢脓肿一例

【摘要】：正一、病例摘要患者46岁,主因“腹胀4个月,发现盆腔肿物2周”于2016年1月28日入院。患者4个月前出现腹胀、腹泻,伴发热,口服抗生素有效。1个月前出现下腹痛,抗炎效果不佳。2周前超声提示左附件区109 mm×92 mm×77 mm囊肿,血流信号丰富。瘤标正常。腹部CT提示子宫左后壁囊性占位,考虑左附件囊腺瘤?左侧肾盂及输尿管上中段扩张,遂就诊于北京大学第一医院,考虑盆腔肿物性质待查收入院。既往体健,月经规律,孕4产1,带环21年。查体:
[Abstract]:A 46-year-old patient was admitted to hospital on January 28, 2016, mainly due to abdominal distension for 4 months and pelvic masses for 2 weeks. The patient developed abdominal distension, diarrhea, fever and effective antibiotics one month ago. The anti-inflammatory effect was not good. 2 weeks ago, ultrasound showed 109 mm 脳 92 mm 脳 77 mm cysts in the left accessory region, and the blood flow signal was abundant. The mark is normal. Abdominal CT indicates cystic mass of the left posterior wall of uterus, consider left adnexal cystadenoma? The left renal pelvis and upper ureter dilated. Physical health, menstrual regularity, pregnancy 4 birth 1, with ring 21 years. Physical examination:
