6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶在子宫内膜癌中的表达

【摘要】：目的探讨6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G6PD)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与子宫内膜癌的手术病理分期及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测G6PD在76例子宫内膜癌组织和20例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达情况,分析其与子宫内膜癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 G6PD在子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达(P0.05),其高表达与子宫内膜癌的浸润深度、肿瘤分期以及淋巴结转移有关(P0.05),术前MRI与术后病理组织测定G6PD在诊断子宫内膜癌Ⅱ期及以上的病理分期、有无深肌层浸润方面,两种诊断方法准确率相近(P0.05)。结论 G6PD的高表达与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、侵袭转移相关,并且可作为评价子宫内膜癌术前分期及预后的指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with surgical stage and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of G6PD in 76 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 20 cases of normal endometrium, and the relationship between the expression of G6PD and the clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma was analyzed. Results the expression of G6PD was high in endometrial carcinoma (P0.05), and the high expression was associated with the depth of invasion of endometrial carcinoma.
