【摘要】：正1临床资料患者,女性,25岁,因腹痛10 d,加重10 h于2015年11月12日入住本院。末次月经日期2015年10月15日,G0P0,平时月经规律,未避孕。10 d前右上腹无诱因持续胀痛,入院前10 h疼痛加重并放射至右肩部,伴轻微下腹胀痛,否认外伤史及近期同房史。入科情况:血压90/62 mm Hg、体温36.9℃、脉搏120次/min、呼吸20次/min。神清,精神及合作差,
