子宫腺肌症相关信号通路的研究进展

【摘要】:子宫腺肌症(AM)是一种常见的妇科良性疾病,其特征是子宫内膜(腺体及间质)浸入子宫肌层,伴周围肌细胞的炎症及肥大。研究表明子宫内膜细胞的异位侵袭、种植和转移是一个多阶段,多因素的复杂过程,并涉及多条信号通路的相互协调作用。笔者就与子宫腺肌症相关的信号通路如NF-κB、Wnt、TGF-β/Smad、PI3K/Akt、MAPK的研究进展作一综述。
[Abstract]:Adenomyosis of uterus (AM) is a common benign gynecologic disease characterized by endometrial (glandular and interstitial) infiltration into the myometrium with inflammation and hypertrophy of peripheral muscle cells. Studies have shown that the ectopic invasion, implantation and metastasis of endometrial cells are a multi-stage, multi-factor complex process, and involve the coordination of multiple signal pathways. This paper reviews the research progress of signal pathways related to adenomyosis, such as NF- 魏 B, Wntntmor TGF- 尾 / SmadPI3K / Aktmapk.
