肥胖产妇血脂水平与DNA损伤及总抗氧化能力水平的相关性研究

【摘要】:目的血脂代谢异常所致的DNA损伤很可能与自然流产、胎膜早破、子痫前期等有着密切的关系。文中旨在探讨肥胖产妇血脂水平与DNA损伤及总抗氧化能力水平的相关性。方法选取2011年8月至2012年8月于天津医科大学第四中心临床学院门诊进行系统产科检查的妊娠女性120例为研究对象,按照体重指数(BMI)分为肥胖组(BMI≥28 kg/m2,n=75)和正常组(BMI28 kg/m2且孕期体重增长≤15 kg,n=45)。比较分析2组血脂水平、DNA损伤情况与总抗氧化能力水平,并分析肥胖组血脂水平与DNA损伤及总抗氧化能力水平的相关性。结果肥胖组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)水平均显著高于正常组(P0.01、P0.01、P=0.004);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著低于正常组(P=0.006)。肥胖组尾力矩显著高于正常组(P0.01),且总抗氧化能力水平显著高于正常组(P=0.000)。DNA损伤与总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-c水平呈正相关(r=0.23,P=0.026;r=0.26,P=0.008;r=0.19,P=0.032);总抗氧化能力与三酰甘油水平呈正相关(r=0.32,P0.01)。结论肥胖产妇妊娠期间常出现血脂代谢紊乱及体内氧化与抗氧化水平失衡;DNA损伤与血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-c水平呈显著正相关,总抗氧化能力水平与三酰甘油水平呈显著正相关。
