4种子宫内膜准备方案在冻融胚胎移植中的应用价值
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application value of four different endometrial preparation schemes in frozen thawed embryo transfer (FET). Methods from March 2013 to March 2015, 320 cycles of FET were analyzed in the Center of Reproductive Medicine of Qingyuan people's Hospital, including 70 cycles of natural cycle group (group A), 152 cycles of ovulation promotion group (group B) and 74 cycles of hormone replacement group (group C). 24 cycles of hormone replacement group (D group) were used to compare the outcome of FET in 4 groups. Results the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in group B were significantly higher than those in group A (P0.05). Early pregnancy abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate were not significantly different (P0.05) the number of FET cycles in group D was significantly higher than that in the other three groups (P0.05). Conclusion in FET, ovulation promotion, hormone replacement and hyporegulation hormone replacement can all obtain good outcome, and the hyporegulation hormone replacement regimen has a better effect in the patients with previous failed transplantation.
