米非司酮辅助COOK宫颈扩张双球囊在瘢痕子宫妊娠中期引产中的应用分析

【摘要】：目的探讨分析米非司酮辅助COOK宫颈扩张双球囊在瘢痕子宫妊娠中期引产中的应用效果。方法将该院2014年6月-2015年12月收治的瘢痕子宫妊娠中期需行引产患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法遵循双盲原则分为研究组和对照组,各39例。对照组患者给予常规方案引产,研究组给予米非司酮辅助COOK宫颈扩张双球囊方案引产。观察对比两种治疗方案临床效果,并分析其应用价值。结果两组患者阴道引产率均为100%;两组显效、有效、无效病例等级比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且前者总有效率为97.44%,较对照组的79.49%显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组规律宫缩时间、规律宫缩至胎盘娩出时间、引产总时间以及引产出血量均较对照组显著减少,两组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组引产后并发症发生率为5.13%,对照组为23.08%,前者远低于后者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在瘢痕子宫妊娠中期引产中采用米非司酮辅助COOK宫颈扩张双球囊疗效显著,不仅能够有效缩短产程,减少出血量,还可有效减少引产术后并发症情况,临床推广应用价值较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of mifepristone assisted double balloon dilatation of cervix in the second trimester of cicatricial uterus. Methods from June 2014 to December 2015, 78 patients with induced labor were divided into study group (39 cases) and control group (39 cases) according to double blind principle. The patients in the control group were given routine induction of labor, and the study group were given mifepristone to induce labor with double balloon regimen of COOK cervical dilatation. To observe and compare the clinical effects of two therapeutic schemes and to analyze their application value. Results the rate of vaginal induced labor in the two groups was 100. There was significant difference in the grade of effective and ineffective cases between the two groups (P0.05), and the total effective rate of the former was 97.44%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.49%). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the time of regular uterine contraction, the time of regular uterine contraction to placenta delivery, the total time of induced labor and the amount of induced bleeding in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P0.05); the incidence of complications after induced labor was 5.13 in the study group, 23.08 in the control group, the former was much lower than the latter, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with COOK for cervical dilatation is effective in the induction of labor in the second trimester of cicatricial uterus. It can not only effectively shorten the labor process and reduce the amount of bleeding, but also can effectively reduce the complications after induced labor. The value of clinical application is high.
