介入治疗子宫阔韧带妊娠1例

【摘要】：正临床资料患者女,31岁。以“停经58 d,剖腹探查术后1 d”为主诉入院。患者停经58 d时出现下腹部疼痛,查血孕酮18.1μg/L,血β-HCG 38911 m IU/L,阴道超声检查提示左侧附件区异位妊娠,宫腔少量积液,以“左侧输卵管妊娠”为诊断在当地医院行腹腔镜探查术,探查显示:左侧子宫阔韧带内可见一大小40 mm×30 mm×20 mm紫蓝色包块,邻近血管及输尿管。因有大出血可能,遂中转开腹,打开腹膜后见紫蓝色包块紧
[Abstract]:A 31-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital with "58 days after menopause and 1 day after laparotomy exploration". The patient suffered from lower abdominal pain on 58 days after menopause. Blood progesterone was 18.1 ug/L, blood beta-HCG 38911 m IU/L. Vaginal ultrasonography revealed ectopic pregnancy in the left adnexal region and a small amount of hydrocele in the uterus.
