热淋清颗粒致流产1例

【摘要】：正1临床资料患者女,26岁,停经24+5周,孕期在南京市妇幼保健医院建围产期保健卡,定期孕检,单胎,臀位,未见明显异常。于2013年8月29日转至我院门诊建卡产检,查尿常规:白细胞(+++),白带检查:清洁度Ⅲ,脓细胞(+++)。医生诊断为尿路感染,给予口服热淋清颗粒(批号130511,规格4g/袋,贵州威门药业股份有限公司),每次2袋,tid。患者当日中午、晚上各服2袋,8月30日06∶00出现下腹坠痛,呈阵发性,10s/10+,少量见红,由门诊诊断为先兆流产,于8月30日11∶30入院保胎。患者既往体健,有头孢类药物过敏
