达英-35联合二甲双胍对青春期多囊卵巢综合征卵巢功能的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者接受二甲双胍+达英-35联合治疗对其卵巢功能的影响。方法选取青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者76例为研究对象,按照抽签分为对照组和试验组各38例,分别行单纯性达英-35疗法、二甲双胍+达英-35联合疗法,对比两组疗效。结果试验组治疗有效率94.74%较对照组68.42%高,E2(106.32±20.8)pmol/L、T(1.62±0.51)mmol/L、LH(8.60±2.63)U/L较对照组的(120.35±21.23)pmol/L、(2.14±1.12)mmol/L、(14.95±3.75)U/L低,LH/FSH(10.32±2.24)、FSH(10.32±2.23)U/L较对照组的(8.83±2.06)、(8.85±2.03)U/L高,且胰岛素抵抗(1.25±0.46)较对照组(2.57±0.61)明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者行二甲双胍+达英-35联合治疗疗效确切,能有效调节其卵巢功能,改善胰岛素抵抗,值得临床积极借鉴。
