卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿体积对不孕患者术后自然妊娠的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿直径对不孕患者腹腔镜下囊肿剥除术术后自然妊娠的影响。方法56例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿导致不孕患者均行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,根据囊肿直径分为≤4 cm者组24例、4 cm者组32例。均在腹腔镜下行卵巢囊肿剥除术,术后1个月即监测排卵,指导受孕。期待自然妊娠半年,对未孕者行促排卵治疗。随访术后1年内自然妊娠情况。结果 56例患者两组均成功完成手术。术后半年4 cm者组自然妊娠率明显高于≤4 cm者组;4 cm者组术后1年累计妊娠率(68.8%)明显高于≤4 cm者组(37.5%),P0.05;两者组自然流产率差异无统计学意义。结论直径4 cm的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者术后自然妊娠率高于直径4 cm者。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of ovarian endometriosis cyst diameter on spontaneous pregnancy in infertile patients after laparoscopic cystectomy. Methods Fifty-six patients with infertility caused by ovarian endometriosis cysts were treated with laparoscopic excision of ovarian cysts. According to the diameter of ovarian cysts, the cysts were divided into two groups: 24 cases with 4 cm and 24 cases with 4 cm. Ovarian cyst excision was performed under laparoscope. Ovulation was monitored 1 month after operation to guide pregnancy. Look forward to natural pregnancy for half a year, ovulation promotion treatment for those who are not pregnant. Natural pregnancy was followed up for 1 year. Results the operation was successfully completed in both groups of 56 patients. The spontaneous pregnancy rate in 4 cm group was significantly higher than that in 4 cm 鈮，
