骨桥蛋白和CD133在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及意义
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of osteopontin (osteopotin,OPN) and CD133 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma by immunohistochemical method, and to analyze their correlation with clinicopathological parameters and their biological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of OPN and CDl33 in benign, borderline, malignant and normal ovarian tissues. Results (1) the positive expression of OPN and CD133 was found in normal control group and benign tumor and ovarian borderline tumor. There was significant difference between ovarian cancer group and benign tumor group (P0.05). There was no significant difference between normal group and benign tumor group (P0.05); (2) positive expression of OPN,CD133 was correlated with clinical stage, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of ovarian tumor. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), but not related to different types of histology in epithelial tumors (P0.05); (3). The correlation analysis of pairing data showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the expression of); (and CD133 (rn 0.525 P 0.05). Conclusion OPN,CD133 is highly expressed in epithelial ovarian carcinoma, which is related to clinical stage, grade and lymph node metastasis, but not to histological classification. The expression of OPN was positively correlated with CD133 in ovarian cancer tissues, suggesting that the synergistic effect of OPN and CD133 might play an important role in the progression of ovarian cancer.
