ALEX1在宫颈癌中的表达及对宫颈癌细胞生物学行为的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of ALEX1 gene in cervical carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues, and to investigate the effect of ALEX1 gene on the biological behavior of cervical cancer cells. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ALEX1 in clinical cervical cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. ALEX1, was silenced by small interfering RNA technique, and the cell cycle and apoptosis of He La cells after ALEX1 silencing were detected by flow cytometry. CCK-8 was used to detect its proliferation and its effect on the sensitivity of anti-cancer drug resveratrol. Results Immunohistochemical results showed that the expression of ALEX1 was high in clinical cervical carcinoma. Compared with the control He La cells, the cell growth of the silencing ALEX1 experimental group was significantly inhibited, and the inhibitory effect of resveratrol was enhanced. The cell cycle was blocked in S phase. Conclusion silencing ALEX1 can effectively block the growth of He La cells and enhance the inhibitory effect of resveratrol on He La cells.
