硬膜外阻滞麻醉技术应用于无痛分娩安全有效

【摘要】：本研究对硬膜外阻滞麻醉技术应用于无痛分娩的效果进行观察。选取2015年2月~2016年2月之间在我院待产并要求进行无痛分娩的产妇150人,并随机分为实验组、对照组和空白组。3组分别进行硬膜外阻滞麻醉无痛分娩、腰硬联合阻滞麻醉无痛分娩和常规自然分娩,对3组产妇的产后出血量、产程时间、新生儿Apear评分和分娩镇痛效果进行比较。利用统计学软件处理分析数据发现,硬膜外阻滞麻醉、腰硬联合阻滞麻醉均不影响产后出血量和新生儿Apgar评分(p0.05);硬膜外阻滞麻醉和腰硬联合阻滞麻醉的镇痛效果与产程时间与空白组具有明显差异(p0.05),且硬膜外阻滞麻醉的镇痛和缩短产程的效果优于腰硬联合麻醉(p0.05)。结果表明,硬膜外阻滞麻醉应用于无痛分娩安全有效。
[Abstract]:The effect of epidural block anesthesia on painless delivery was observed. From February 2015 to February 2016, 150 parturient women who were waiting for labor in our hospital and asked for painless delivery were randomly divided into experimental group, control group and blank group, which were given epidural block anesthesia and painless delivery, respectively. Spinal-epidural block analgesia and routine spontaneous delivery were used to compare postpartum bleeding, delivery time, neonatal Apear score and labor analgesia effect in three groups. Using statistical software to process and analyze the data, we found that epidural block anesthesia, Combined spinal-epidural block anesthesia had no effect on postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal Apgar score (p0.05), the analgesic effect and labor duration of epidural block anesthesia and combined spinal-epidural block anesthesia were significantly different from those of blank group (p0.05), and epidural block anesthesia had significant difference (p0.05). The effect of analgesia and labor shortening was better than that of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (p0.05). The results showed that epidural block anesthesia was safe and effective in painless delivery.
