宫颈细胞学ASC-US的研究进展

【摘要】：宫颈细胞学结果为不能明确意义的非典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-US)者组织病理差异大。因此如何甄别出≥CINⅡ的高级别病变及浸润癌,同时减少阴道镜检查是临床关心的重要问题。近年对ASC-US分流又发现了新的证据。本文通过复习相关文献,就上述问题做一综述,以期为ASC-US患者的临床管理提供新的思考。
