【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,62岁,因腹胀半月余,于2016年1月14日入我院。患者下腹胀不适半月余,无恶心、呕吐,无阴道流血、流液。患者平素体健,既往月经规律,G_2P_2,均为顺产,12年前绝经。查体:T 37℃,P 78/min,R 18/min,BP 110/60 mm Hg。双肺呼吸音清,心律齐,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及病理性杂音。腹膨隆,全腹无压痛、反跳痛,因患者腹壁较厚,子宫及双附件触诊不满意,
