重叠式子宫肌壁全层排式缝合加球囊治疗囊袋状宫缩乏力出血1例

【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,34岁,G_(10)P_0,因孕35~(+3)周,无痛性阴道流血3+小时急诊入第三军医大学第一附属医院。孕2+月阴道少量流血,外院治疗,具体治疗方法不详,治疗1周后出血停止。孕期未定期产检。外院检查血常规:Hb 78 g/L;地中海基因诊断提示:CD71-72(+A)突变杂合子,诊断β地中海贫血。孕24~(+3)周外院行系统彩超检查提示胎盘完全覆盖宫颈内口;孕32周外
[Abstract]:A 34-year-old patient, G10 P0, was admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of the third military Medical University for 3 hours because of 35 ~ (3) weeks of gestation and painless vaginal bleeding. The second month of pregnancy vaginal bleeding, external hospital treatment, the specific treatment method is unknown, 1 week after treatment bleeding stopped. The pregnancy does not have regular birth examination. Blood routine examination: Hb 78 g / L; Mediterranean gene diagnosis: CD71-72 (A) mutation heterozygote, diagnosis of 尾 -thalassemia. In 24 ~ (3) weeks of gestation, the placenta completely covered the cervix, and 32 weeks after pregnancy, the system color ultrasound examination showed that the placenta completely covered the cervix.
