脂肪因子与妊娠期糖尿病相关性研究进展

【摘要】:妊娠期糖尿病是由多种病因引起的内分泌代谢疾病,可引起糖、蛋白质、脂质代谢紊乱,可导致严重的母婴并发症。脂肪因子能通过介导一系列的信号转导通路,广泛参与机体复杂的代谢平衡网络的调节。近年来的研究表明,脂肪因子广泛参与肥胖、2型糖尿病、高血压病等一系列代谢相关性疾病的病理生理过程,其中趋化素、脂联素、抵抗素、内脂素作为脂肪因子,参与2型糖尿病的发生,与胰岛素抵抗相关。通过对脂肪因子的特性探讨,提示孕期监测脂肪因子的变化对预测及干预妊娠期糖尿病具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is an endocrine metabolic disease caused by many causes, which can cause disorders of glucose, protein and lipid metabolism, and lead to severe complications of mother and child. Fat factors can be involved in the regulation of complex metabolic balance network by mediating a series of signal transduction pathways. Recent studies have shown that fat factors are widely involved in the pathophysiological processes of a series of metabolic related diseases, such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, hypertension and so on, in which chemoattractant, adiponectin, resistin and endaliphin are used as fat factors. Participate in the development of type 2 diabetes, and related to insulin resistance. It is suggested that monitoring the changes of fat factors during pregnancy is of great significance in predicting and intervening in gestational diabetes mellitus.
