自制经脐单孔腹腔镜装置在卵巢良性包块剔除术中的应用

【摘要】：目的:探讨自制经脐单孔腹腔镜装置在卵巢良性包块手术中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2011年6月至2012年12月利用自制装置的经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢良性包块剔除术20例(观察组)患者临床资料,对比同期接受传统腹腔镜卵巢良性包块剔除术40例(对照组),比较两组术中、术后情况。结果:两组术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组的手术时间(75.2±9.6分钟)长于对照组(50.5±5.3分钟),术后肛门排气时间、首次下床时间、住院时间观察组(10.4±4.6小时、8.2±2.5小时、3.1±1.4天)明显低于对照组(16.9±4.2小时、16.3±5.6小时、5.0±1.9天),差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜术创伤小,术后恢复快,且自制装置价格低廉、制作简单,值得在临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of self-made transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic device in benign ovarian mass surgery. Methods: from June 2011 to December 2012, 20 patients with benign ovarian mass removal (observation group) undergoing laparoscopic ovarian mass removal with self-made devices from June 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. 40 cases of ovarian benign mass removal by laparoscope (control group) were compared in the same period. Results: there was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding between the two groups (P0.05). The operative time of the observation group (75.2 卤9.6 minutes) was longer than that of the control group (50.5 卤5.3 minutes). The postoperative anal exhaust time, the first time of getting out of bed and the hospitalization time of the observation group were 10.4 卤4.6 hours, 8.2 卤2.5 hours. 3.1 卤1.4 days was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.9 卤4.2 hours, 16.3 卤5.6 hours, 5.0 卤1.9 days), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion: transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy has the advantages of small trauma, quick recovery, low cost and simple fabrication, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
