骨桥蛋白和趋化因子受体4在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达及其意义

【摘要】:目的:分析骨桥蛋白(OPN)和趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)在不同卵巢组织中的表达,探讨二者在卵巢癌的发生、发展和转移过程中的作用。方法:选取正常卵巢组织(20例)、卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织(20例)和上皮性卵巢癌组织(40例),采用免疫组织化学SP法检测不同卵巢组织中OPN和CXCR4表达,分析不同临床特征上皮性卵巢癌组织中OPN蛋白和CXCR4蛋白表达率。结果:OPN在上皮性卵巢癌组织的阳性表达率高于在正常卵巢组织和良性卵巢肿瘤组织表达率,不同分化程度(G1、G2和G3期)上皮性卵巢癌组织阳性表达率组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),Ⅲ-Ⅳ期上皮性卵巢癌组织中OPN阳性表达率明显高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期组(P0.05),在不同组织学分型上皮性卵巢癌组织(卵巢浆液性囊腺癌、卵巢黏液性囊腺癌和卵巢子宫内膜样癌)中OPN阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。CXCR4在正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性肿瘤组织中均无阳性表达,在上皮性卵巢癌组织中呈阳性表达。CXCR4在上皮性卵巢癌不同病理分级(高分化G1、中分化G2和低分化G3)、不同临床分期(Ⅰ-Ⅱ期、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期)、不同组织学分型(浆液性囊腺癌、黏液性囊腺癌和子宫内膜样癌)组织中阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:OPN和CXCR4在卵巢肿瘤细胞中表达水平与肿瘤细胞的恶性程度具有一定关联,提示OPN和CXCR4表达通路可能成为卵巢癌治疗的一个新靶点。
