【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,25岁,因孕38周,发现前置胎盘2~+月,于2016年7月18日入第三军医大学第一附属医院。孕期未规范产前检查,孕3~+月开始反复阴道流血,少于月经量。孕6~+月在当地医院产检发现胎盘前置状态,孕37~(+6)周B超检查示:中央型前置胎盘伴植入。G_6P_2(剖宫产2次,术中经过不详)。入院查体:T 36.5℃,P 99/min,R 20/min,BP 104/62 mm Hg,神志清楚,贫
[Abstract]:A case report patient, 25 years old, was admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of the third military Medical University on July 18, 2016, due to 38 weeks gestation, and placenta previa was found in the first affiliated Hospital of the third military Medical University on July 18, 2016. Pregnancy is not standardized antenatal examination, 3 ~ months of pregnancy began to repeat vaginal bleeding, less than menstrual volume. Placenta previa was found in the local hospital during the 6th month of gestation. B-ultrasound examination at 37 ~ (6) weeks of pregnancy showed that: central placenta previa with placenta accreta.
